Shipping Policy
We currently offer same-day or next-day delivery for cannabis flower products within Schenectady, NY and nearby areas.
● Deliveries are made between 11 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week.
● Orders must be placed by 6 PM for same-day delivery.
● You must be 21+ and have a valid ID present at the time of delivery.
● All deliveries are discreet and contact-friendly, respecting your privacy.
We do not offer shipping outside of our approved delivery area. Delivery times may vary based on traffic, order volume, and weather conditions.
Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of cannabis products and compliance regulations. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order such as:
● Receiving the wrong product
● Product arrived in damaged or compromised condition
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right with either a replacement or store credit when eligible. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with effects or flavor.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, as long as the driver has not left for delivery. Contact us directly via phone or message to cancel.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on cannabis flower once it has left our possession.
If the wrong product was delivered or an item is missing, reach out within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or offer store credit if applicable.
