What’s the difference between a directory listing and the mobile app?
Directory listing: Riders find and contact you directly—no platform commission on those leads.
Mobile app: Accept in-app trip requests; a small commission is deducted from your driver wallet.
Can I accept requests without wallet funds?
You’ll receive notifications, but you must have enough wallet funds to accept app trips (to cover the commission). Example: on a $25 trip with a 10% commission, you’d need at least $2.50 available.
