Most transactions are handled directly between buyer and seller—often cash at pickup or delivery. Wallet payments may be available in some areas.
Can I ship instead of using a driver?
Yes—just note “Shipping available” in your listing and outline shipping costs and handling time.
Can businesses sell here?
Absolutely—local stores can create a storefront and list inventory with delivery via CashRyde drivers.
What if there’s an issue with a sale?
Try to resolve with the other party first. If needed, contact Support with your listing link, messages, and photos.

Link a CashRyde driver for same-day or scheduled delivery (you or the buyer can pay the driver—agree up front).
Meet for pickup or handoff to the driver. Get paid in cash (or wallet when available) and request a review.
