Our Certn background check examines the past seven years, searching for criminal records, including felony convictions, sex offender registry status, and presence on the terrorist watchlist. CashRyde, on the other hand, examines the past five years for any reportable criminal records. This process is required if you opt for the mobile rideshare app subscription.

Once you complete your verification check, you will instantly receive the results of your ID verification.
What are the turnaround times for background checks?
After completing your background check, you can expect to receive a copy of the results within an average of 1-3 business days.
What’s the turnaround time for your driver listing to go public?
Your driver listing will be activated within 1-3 hours after completing the verification check with passing results. Please note that access to the mobile app as a driver will only be enabled once the background check is completed with passing results.
