There's a 5-star rating system available for rider members to read or rate drivers about safety, behavior, courtesy, driving skills, and wait times. The feedback provided by riders helps the platform to improve the level of service and the overall rider experience.

Drivers Rating

Security and Trust: Ride-hailing services, because they are more efficient and convenient in terms of rider-driver matching than street-hailing, are inherently safer than taxis and other forms of public transport. With CashRyde, there is a 5-point rating system available to users to rate drivers according to safety, behavior, courtesy, driving skills, and wait times. The feedback provided by the users helps the platform to improve the level of service and the overall rider experience.

Rate Your Rideshare
At the bottom of rideshare listing, you'll be able to rate your driver from 1 to 5 stars. You can also provide specific feedback about the trip or your driver.

Understanding Ratings
Having trouble choosing a rating for your driver? Here are a few tips:
- Most riders provide a 5-Star rating unless there was a specific issue with the trip
- If we see a 1-Star rating, it typically means that there is a serious problem with a driver

Ratings allow us to ensure a great experience for both riders and drivers. We take ratings very seriously; drivers with low ratings may lose access to the CabRYDE platform.
